2. Product description

elskværdigt.dk is a digital self-service product. The customer answers a series of questions in the browser, after which the platform automatically generates a complete website package including design proposals, brief, technical specification and source code. Delivery is fully digital and happens instantly in the browser — no consultant hours, no SLA and no recurring service.

Purchases are made as a one-time fee per generated web solution. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The first web solution is free per user (preview + source code download). A new web solution with AI optimization costs €14 incl. VAT as a one-time purchase. On the free version, AI optimization can be added for €4 incl. VAT per generation.

3. Acceptance of terms

By creating a website, completing a purchase or otherwise using elskværdigt.dk, you accept these terms. If you cannot accept the terms, you must not use the service.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. The first web solution is free per user. A new web solution costs €14 incl. VAT as a one-time fee. The AI optimization add-on on the free version costs €4 incl. VAT per generation. We reserve the right to correct prices and errors; the price is the one valid at the time of order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. Stripe handles card data, payment processing and the technical parts of the transaction.

5. Delivery

Design proposals are generated immediately after completed payment and finished conversation. Delivery time depends on the chosen package and complexity of the task.

The final website is delivered as source code, which the user hosts themselves or has hosted via a third party.

6. Customer's responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information entered is correct. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the submitted domain or material does not infringe third party rights.

7. Copyright and ownership

Once payment is completed, all rights to the generated design are transferred to the customer. elskværdigt.dk strives to ensure that generated content is unique and does not infringe third party rights.

8. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right — with or without notice — to suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of material breach of these terms, missed payment, suspicion of fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious breaches of our policies or applicable law.

9. Force majeure

elskværdigt.dk cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including technical errors, network problems, force majeure or operational disruptions at sub-suppliers.

10. Limitation of liability

elskværdigt.dk is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in question.

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms with notice to customers by email or on the website.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
