What data we process
- The domain you enter: used to fetch publicly available information from your website.
- Name and email (if you create an account or request to have your site built): used for login, support and follow-up.
- Conversation with our AI assistant: stored so we can generate your prompt and improve the service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and events in the funnel (created, design chosen, prompt copied) for operations and statistics.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in delivering and improving the service ((f)).
Data processors
We use Supabase (data processor, EU), Lovable (AI platform) and Firecrawl (web scraping). All have data processing agreements or standard contractual clauses in place.
Retention
Sessions and conversations are kept as long as your account is active. Anonymous sessions are deleted after 90 days. You can at any time ask us to delete your data by writing to info@ai-facilitator.dk.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction and data portability. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies for the login session. We do not set marketing cookies or third-party tracking.
