Returns policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you received our service, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and made available to you (e.g. generated design proposals, briefs and technical specifications), unless you have expressly agreed that delivery begins before the withdrawal period expires.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an unambiguous notice to us before the withdrawal period expires. This can be done by sending an email to info@ai-facilitator.dk with the subject "Withdrawal" and your order number.

Please attach documentation of your purchase and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

3. Reimbursement

If you withdraw from your purchase within the deadline, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery).

The refund will be carried out without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal lapses when:

  • The digital service has been delivered and you have agreed that delivery begins before the withdrawal period expires.
  • You have downloaded or otherwise made the generated content available.
  • It is bespoke or personally tailored content that cannot be returned.

5. Complaints

If the service has errors or defects, you can complain within a reasonable time after you discovered the error. We will either fix the error, redeliver or refund the purchase amount.

Complaints are sent to info@ai-facilitator.dk. Describe the error as precisely as possible and attach documentation.

6. Right of complaint

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint or withdrawal, you can file a complaint with:
